What it asks for

Common mistakes
Values as of the appointment
For an adult, value everything as of the day you qualified. You qualify when the court approves your bond, after the appointment.
Letting the 30 days pass
The court can allow more time. Ask for it rather than letting the 30 days lapse. §33-15-19(a) (opens in a new tab)
Property found later, left off
The court’s PC-10.4 Supplemental Inventory (opens in a new tab) has a guardianship section for it, signed before a notary. No statute sets a deadline for it.
Your first account
Line 1 of Schedule A on the first PC-7.1 is the personal estate according to this inventory. The account is due every year, though no statute names the day. §33-15-26(a) (opens in a new tab)
