Common mistakes
Values as of the day you file
Value everything as of the date of the protective order, not the date you write the inventory.
A restricted account shown as ordinary

Land left off the deed records
If the estate owns real property, record a certified copy of the inventory, or the statute’s short abstract, in each county where the land lies. ORS 125.470(3) (opens in a new tab)
Property found later, never reported
File a supplemental inventory within 30 days of learning of it. Proceeds of a listed asset do not count. ORS 125.470(2) (opens in a new tab)
Your first account
The beginning balance of your first UTCR 9.160 accounting must match this inventory. UTCR 9.160(1)(b) (opens in a new tab) It is due 60 days after the first anniversary of appointment, unless the court orders otherwise. ORS 125.475(1) (opens in a new tab)
